A few debatable exceptions to Zakat are livestock, industrial trade, diamonds and stones, current account, foreign currency accounts, and joint accounts [Local & foreign], ancient, and modern scholars and jurists have presented their opinions on it according to Shariah and concluded that it is the responsibility of the Imam or Ruler to arrange the system of Zakat collection by these said items. It is hard work, but the government buys wheat from the farmers at the official level, so why is it not possible to collect zakat from cattle? Although an excuse can be made regarding cattle that it is more laborious, although there is also labour in the collection of wheat. Also, if the government takes appropriate measures in this regard and sells the same animals by setting up an official market on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha, the people can be protected from social evils like forgery and dumping. In this paper, an analytical and critical approach has been adopted in the context of narrative research style and the written errors found in these Zakat laws have also been pointed out.
The concept of possession of spirits and jinn over the human body has been recognized in many religions of the world, including Islam. From a materialistic point of view, this position is controversial, because in this aspect the question arises: How can an immaterial, invisible force control and operate the physical body in a positive or negative way? In side discussions of religion and science, this topic has also become the center of attention in academia. Followers of traditional religious thought accept texts related to it without hesitation, while followers of the rationalist approach offer various interpretations of these traces and traditions in order to make metaphysical matters a modern science, to be accepted through their application. In this article, the religious narrative is first introduced by presenting three points of the possession of jinn on the human body. Then, explaining the secular point of view, the rationalistic religious approach is described in detail. In the latter, a comparison was made between them, and a more correct position was determined.
Islam is a complete set of laws of life which guarantees success here and hereafter if acted upon in letter and spirit. If we adopt any other way than this, it will mislead because Islam is the only way that nears us to Allah. The teachings of all other religions distance us from God instead of bringing closer to Him. Islamic teachings include Rights of Allah as well as Rights of human beings because fulfillment of human rights brings law and order in the society. Therefore, Islam plays a very important part to strengthen the strong social system.

The object of Priesthood and Monasticism is to obtain closeness to its Creator. The difference between the two is that Priesthood is based on the rules established by God whereas Monasticism is based on the rules not only established by man but also have been updated by him. Some people call Priesthood and Monasticism two sides of the one coin but in fact it is not so. Because these two confront each other when it comes to their teachings. The foundation of Priesthood is based on Islamic teachings, faiths and thoughts, while Monasticism is based on Hindi, Buddhism, Christianity, Greek, Iranian teachings which have no relation with Islam. Islam has also given principles to maintain the order and peace of the society. Enjoining good and forbidding evil (Amar bil Ma'roof and Nahi unil-Munkar(is given great importance in Islam, its status is obligatory in Islam. It is the duty of every person according to his ability to destroy the evils and spread the good. If there is no prevention of oppression from the society, the society cannot become the cradle of peace and order; therefore, the elimination of oppression in the society is the main goal of Islam. On the basis of this principle, the institution of accountability or accountability was established in the Islamic state, the purpose of which is to establish what is good and prevent evil, to end oppression and abuse, and to establish justice and fairness, etc. This institution has existed in one form or another during the rule of Muslims. There was a very strict accountability in the Islamic state. Be it the era of the Prophet or the era of the Rashid Caliphs, the Umayyad Caliphate or the Abbasid Caliphate, the Ottoman Turks or other regions under the influence of Muslims, accountability had a fundamental status in every era. If we look at the Mughal system of government in India, accountability has always been central. Historians of this era have praised the accountability system of the Mughals. In this paper, the accountability system of the Mughals has been clarified.
Asad Ali Dr. Hafiza Bareera Hameed Copyright (c) 2023 AL MISBAH RESEARCH JOURNAL https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2023-01-18 2023-01-18 3 01 78 86 10.5281/zenodo.7566627
