Abstract

The important departments required for a government or state and the method required for it are within the scope of Islam, there are rules and regulations for a country's defense system, judicial system, economic system, other administrative affairs or Office affairs and thus other affairs of the state' which they have in the light of Islam do not exist in other systems. The success of the state, and the development of the state depends on its higher institutions, as long as the institutions work responsibly, all the departments of the state run in the best way and this leads to a strong state. Among these institutions, the institution that is considered the foundation of the state is its judicial system. If the judicial system performs its work for the people of the society in a timely manner, then the people in the society will continue to get their rights and if the judicial system does not perform its work in a timely manner and there is a fear that the rights of the people will be violated, then the state will never It cannot develop and thus evils like fitnah and evil are born in the state. So in this article we will discuss for the importance of Judiciary System for justice in the light of Islamic Orders.
